FANOLA Universal neutralizer for permanent waving 1000ml

The Fanola Neutralizer is intended to be used as the end of a permanent wave treatment. The product fixes the curl of the hair and stops the action of the liquid until it is permanent. The Fanola Neutralizer contains hydrogen peroxide 2.6% and a formula enriched with the extract of herbs: nettle, sage, dandelion, achillei, Chinese rosemary.

How to use: Rinse hair with lukewarm water. Pour 80 ml of neutralizer into a bowl. Use a sponge to wet the hair still wound on the rollers, leave for 8 minutes. Then remove the rollers and apply the remaining part for 5 minutes. Rinse hair with lukewarm water. Proceed to styling . 

Result: Soft and bouncy curls. Fixed hair curl.
