L'Oreal Professionnel Inoa Activator 9% 1000 ml

INOA 9% activator should be used in combination with INOA colour in a 1:1 proportion.

Thanks to  ODS2 technology (Oil Delivery System2) dye not only provides a deep and intense color, but also protects and nourishes the hair fiber (enables preserve natural levels of lipids and amino acids).

How to use: Combine colour with activator in a 1:1 proportion. Depending on required effect, choose 3%, 6% or 9% activator. Distribute across the whole length of the hair or only at the roots, and leave on for 25 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
