CeCe Of Sweden Perioxide Cream Oxidizing agent in cream 9% 125 ml

The oxidizing agent in cream for use during hair bleaching. Suitable for use in professional conditions.

The percentage of concentration of an oxidant used should be subject to the planned effect of lightening. A 3% oxidant liberates approx. 10% oxygen which makes the hair brighter by 1 shade and the following concentrations brighten the hair successively by 2, 3 or 4 shades.

How to use: Thoroughly stir the CeCe of Sweden oxidizing agent in cream and the corresponding brightener in appropriate ratios to obtain a uniform consistency. Apply the mixture to the whole hair or selected bands with a brush. Leave it in the hair depending on the desired effect of brightening. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and then wash with shampoo and conditioner and style as you desire.

It is recommended to use simultaneously brightening dyes and brighteners by CeCe of Sweden which with similar characteristics allow to achieve satisfactory long-lasting results.
