The percentage of the cream developer concentration should depend on the planned bleaching effect. 3% developer releases around 10% of oxygen, bleaching hair colour by 1 tone, while other concentrations bleach the colour by 2, 3 and 4 tones.

How to use: Combine the cream developer and the suitable bleach from CeCe of Sweden in correct proportions until achieving an even consistency. Apply the mixture over the entire hair or selected hair strands with a brush. Leave on hair. The duration depends on the desired bleaching effect. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, then wash with a shampoo, use conditioner and style as desired.
