The p ercentage of cream developer concentration should depend on the planned bleaching effect. 3% developer releases around 10% of oxygen, bleaching hair colour by 1 tone, while other concentrations bleach colour by 2, 3 and 4 tones.

How to use: Combine cream developer and suitable bleach from CeCe of Sweden in correct proportions until achieving an even consistency. Apply the mixture over the entire hair or selected hair strands with a brush. Leave on hair. The duration depends on the desired bleaching effect. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, then wash with a shampoo, use conditioner and style as desired.
